Terms & Conditions — Hybrid Study Center
Welcome to Equal Education For Everyone (E2FE). By enrolling in our programs, accessing our online platform, or attending sessions, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Enrolment & Registration
- Admission is open to students in grades 8 to 12 from all recognized educational boards (CBSE, ICSE, and State Boards).
- Enrolment is subject to batch capacity, seat availability, and completion of required course fee payments.
- The study center management reserves the right to review and reject an application if prerequisite criteria are not fulfilled.

Fees & Payments
- All tuition fees, course materials, and examination modules must be cleared as per the payment schedule communicated upon registration.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable except under explicit circumstances defined in the Center’s written refund guidelines.
- Course fees may be revised periodically for upcoming terms with prior notice.
- Late or defaulted payments may result in temporary suspension of digital learning platform access until dues are cleared.

Hybrid Learning Structure — Online Learning
- Students must ensure access to a stable internet connection and compatible computing device (desktop, tablet, or smartphone).
- Student accounts and login credentials are strictly individual and must not be shared with peers or outside individuals.
- Unauthorized distribution, scraping, screen recording, or reselling of copyrighted video lessons or study notes is strictly forbidden.
- Assignments, quizzes, and mock tests must be completed within the stipulated timeline; academic malpractice or plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
- While the Center implements robust digital security safeguards, students and parents are responsible for safe, secure online practices on their personal devices.

In-Person & Live Sessions
- Students must adhere punctually to the announced center schedule, laboratory rules, and classroom conduct guidelines.
- Regular attendance is mandatory; excessive unexcused absences may impact course completion certification.
- The Center reserves the operational right to optimize curriculum pacing, class timings, and mentor allocation to ensure educational quality.

Student Code of Conduct
- Students are expected to maintain respect, discipline, and integrity in interactions with fellow students, teachers, and staff members.
- Disruptive behavior, cyberbullying, academic dishonesty, harassment, or damage to center property will result in immediate disciplinary action, suspension, or expulsion without refund.
- Digital doubt forums and live classes must be utilized solely for academic queries and productive educational discussions.

Intellectual Property
- All educational videos, animated derivations, formula sheets, test series, and proprietary methodologies are the copyrighted intellectual property of E2FE.
- Enrolled students receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable personal license to view course materials for self-study only.

Data Privacy & Media Consent
- Personal information is processed as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, including GDPR and India DPDP rights at Your data rights.
- Promotional email, SMS and WhatsApp are optional and require a separate opt-in, which you may withdraw at any time.
- With consent, academic achievement records, ranker testimonials, and educational event photos may be featured in E2FE’s honor roll and informational media.
- Fee, cancellation and (where applicable) EU consumer withdrawal information is in our Refunds page.

Parental Involvement & Attendance
- Parents and guardians are encouraged to participate in regular performance reviews, parent-mentor interactions, and track weekly completion metrics.
- Leaves must be communicated in advance to the student support team. Prolonged unexplained absence may lead to de-enrollment.

Governing Law & Disputes
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India / Jharkhand.
- In the event of any query or dispute, the decision of the Center’s management will be final and binding.
- The management reserves the right to amend these terms, with notifications posted on our official portal at e2fe.com.
