Refunds and cancellation
India — our standard centre terms
Course and bundle fees paid to E2FE are generally non-refundable once enrolment is confirmed, except where we have agreed otherwise in writing or where Indian consumer law requires a remedy (for example if we cannot deliver the course you paid for).
Unpaid invoices can be cancelled by the centre before payment. Late payment may pause platform access until dues are cleared, as stated in the Terms.
EU / UK consumers (if those laws apply to you)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK buying digital course content at a distance, you may have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days. That right is typically lost once we start supplying the digital content and you have agreed that performance may begin during the withdrawal period.
Checkout and enrolment confirm that you want access to start immediately and that you understand the withdrawal right may not apply after access begins. If you believe an EU/UK cooling-off right still applies to your order, write to support@e2fe.com with the order ID within 14 days of purchase.
How to ask
Email support@e2fe.com with your name, order ID or invoice number, and the reason. We will confirm what we can do under the Terms and any mandatory consumer law.
